Refund Policy

We accept requests to return or exchange eligible new merchandise, whether it is defective or non-defective.

Eligibility and request window

Ask within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new and unused; damage, defects, incorrect or incomplete shipments, and a material description mismatch can also be reviewed without requiring the problem item to be undamaged.

Approval, label and mailing

Email ifukumexuw14@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason and, for a problem item, useful photos. Wait for approval and the correct return address before mailing. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing, ask us for help. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges depend on review and available stock.

When an approved refund is sent

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Your applicable legal rights are preserved.
